1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the akbet website located at akbet.bid, including all related mobile-optimized pages, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by akbet ("akbet," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

akbet operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the akbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gambling laws enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of akbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by akbet or PAGCOR.
• You must not have had a previous akbet account that was suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

akbet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Misrepresentation of age is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active akbet account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorization, contact akbet support immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. akbet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your akbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. akbet will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify akbet support immediately and change your password.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, akbet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

akbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your akbet wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. akbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2–4 business hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. akbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to akbet's payment processing policies.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the akbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). akbet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

akbet employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of the Platform. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to unauthorized use of payment methods, chargebacks, or exploitation of system errors, will be suspended pending investigation. akbet reserves the right to withhold funds from accounts under investigation and to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

akbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, and expiry period. Players must meet all stated conditions before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• akbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• akbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive promotional offers.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the akbet Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. General gameplay terms include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. akbet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, akbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. akbet is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. akbet will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of manifest error or technical malfunction.
• akbet reserves the right to impose betting limits on any game or player account at its sole discretion.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the akbet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to akbet support immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing akbet staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

akbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the akbet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the akbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of akbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of akbet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, akbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

akbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your akbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

akbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

akbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

akbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, akbet will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the akbet Platform shall first be submitted to akbet's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's jurisdiction or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
